RESERVATION POLICY

  • You can reserve a class up to 1 hour before the class start time.

  • We require a minimum of 4 people registered in order for a class to proceed. A cancellation notice will be sent to participants at least 2 hours in advance should a class be cancelled due to low registration. A morning class may be cancelled the evening before should there be low enrollment.

  • As class sizes are limited all participants must create an online profile and pre-register online prior to class.

  • No walk-ins allowed as there is no guarantee of space available and if you are not on the registration list, you will not receive notice of any changes to the class (i.e. cancellation).

  • Please complete/sign the waiver prior to participating in your first class.

  • There is a $10 no-show or late cancellation fee. Any outstanding no-show/late cancellation fees must be paid before participating in another class.

  • A 2 hour notice is required to not be considered a Late Cancellation.

  • Please check your email/messages and the Schedule regularly for any class changes.

INJURED/PREGNANT CLIENTS?

  • We recommend that clients with injuries consult their doctors before beginning any class. Please let us know about any injuries before class begins.

  • Barre is a great pre- & post-natal workout! We recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning any class. Give us a heads up prior to class if you are expecting so that we can show you appropriate modifications to allow for the best possible KYND experience.

WAIT-LIST POLICY

  • Know the rules of the wait-list!

  • We offer a wait-list for all in-studio classes. If a class is at capacity when you try to book, you will be given the option to join the wait-list.

  • There are 10 slots on the wait-list, and you will need the mobile app to join.

  • Should you get into the desired class off of the wait-list, you will receive an EMAIL or TEXT message (whichever notification format you have chosen on your profile) from KYND Studio up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time advising you of your admission to the class.

  • It is your responsibility to check your email/text messages for confirmation of addition to the class so as to avoid a no-show or late cancellation class charge. Ensure your method of notification is up to date on our system!

  • You also have the option to cancel your wait-list spot in your account on the website or in the app. If you are on the wait-list and know you will not be able to make the class, be sure you take yourself off the wait-list.

  • If you put yourself into multiple classes hoping to get into one of them, it is your responsibility to take yourself out of the ones you do not get into to avoid a no-show/late cancellation charge and to open those spots up to other participants.

  • Add our emails to your safe list so they do not end up in your “Junk” folder.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

  • A 2 hour notice is required for cancellation of any in-studio class.

  • For 5, 10 & 20 class packages, there will be a deduction of one class from your class package. If there are no classes left in your package, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file, the $10 no-show fee must be paid upon your next visit or before booking another class.

  • For single "one-off" passes purchased, the pass will be considered “used” for the no-show.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

  • Monthly Unlimited packages are good for 30 consecutive days. The package will be “activated” with the first class use.

  • The New Client Special is good for 7 consecutive days. This is a one-time offer only and will be activated with the first class use.

  • 5, 10 & 20 Class Passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.

  • Class Passes and Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • KYND Studio reserves the right to revise the studio terms, conditions and prices at our discretion. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit our website to review the studio policies.

REFUNDS

  • All payments must be received prior to the start of class. Classes can only be reserved with a payment made.

  • There will be no refunds for classes taken.

  • Socks can be returned for refund or exchange in their un-opened, original package.

  • All water bottles and accessories are a final sale.
